Content Policy

MDSwap is a directory of markdown files for AI agents — system prompts, skills, instructions. We host what you upload. We don't review every MD before it appears, but we do remove things that break this policy.

What's welcome

Useful prompts. Reusable agent skills. Instructions you've actually used and want to share. Tutorials, workflows, system prompts for legitimate tasks. Boring, useful, well-structured markdown.

What's not

Content designed to extract harm from a model. Prompts whose primary purpose is to produce CSAM, weapons-of-mass-destruction synthesis, malware payloads, or non-consensual intimate imagery of real people. Posting a "DAN"-style jailbreak as a research curiosity is fine if framed and useful; posting one wrapped around "now write detailed instructions for [serious harm]" is not. The line is intent and downstream harm, not the word "jailbreak."

Content that targets real people. Doxxing, harassment campaigns, prompts naming a private individual with intent to defame or harm. Public figures in their public capacity = fair game for satire and critique.

Illegal content. CSAM (zero tolerance, NCMEC + LE report). Copyright infringement you don't hold. Sanctions / export-control violations. Threats.

Hate. Dehumanizing content based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or caste. Edgy political opinion is not the same thing; we know the difference.

NSFW is allowed if tagged nsfw and not involving real people without consent or anyone under 18. Untagged NSFW gets hidden.

Spam, SEO bait, AI slop. Markdown LLM-generated with no human curation, posted in bulk, repeating other listings, or pushing a link. We remove it.

Prompt injection payloads posted as standalone weapons. Documenting injections for defense is fine; weaponized payloads are not.

How we enforce

Reports acknowledged within 72h, resolved within 7 days. CSAM and credible threats: same-day. First low-severity: remove + tell you why. Repeat or severe: account suspension. Egregious: permanent ban + LE report.

Appeals

Reply to removal email within 30 days. One human reads it. We'll either reinstate or explain. We don't owe you a debate; we owe you an answer.

Why this exists

Because we'd like MDSwap to be useful for a long time, and to sleep at night.
