Send to muhammedeliwat@gmail.com (also our designated agent). Include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed infringed.
3. The exact URL(s) on mdswap.vercel.app of allegedly infringing content.
4. Your name, address, phone, and email.
5. A statement of good-faith belief use is not authorized.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the info is accurate and you are the copyright owner or authorized agent.

We respond within 7 days. We remove or disable access and notify the uploader, who may submit a counter-notice.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, send a counter-notice to the same address with:

• The URL of the content that was removed.
• Your contact info (name, address, phone, email).
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, of good-faith belief that the content was removed by mistake or misidentification.
• Your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the district where you live (or, if outside the US, any judicial district where MDSwap may be found), and that you'll accept service from the original notice's sender.

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we forward it to the original complainant. If they don't file suit within 10–14 business days, we may restore the content.

Repeat infringers

Repeat infringers lose their accounts.

False notices

Knowingly false notices may incur liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f). Don't send a takedown for content you don't actually own or for content that is plainly fair use; we read these and we keep records.

What we won't do

We won't act on notices that lack the required elements, that are sent by someone clearly not authorized, that target obvious fair use (commentary, criticism, education), or that target ideas rather than expression. We will write back and explain why.
